Kindergarten Purrrfect Concert

The kinders had their concert last week. Their theme was "Who Let the Cats Out?" They all had kitty cat whiskers and noses. They sang a bunch of songs about what else, Cats! They also recited poems as a class. The favorite song was "Hey Diddle Diddle" when they got to play teaspoons they had brought from home when the dish ran away with the spoon!
As stated in a previous post my kiddos usually get placed behind a taller person on the bleachers, this time was not an exception. Sam, Cole and I all let out an audible moan of disappointment/shock when Abby was yet again hidden amongst all the white shirts. Luckily, her amazing teacher, Miss Kogel, saw that she was hidden and placed her on the front row!!! Enjoy the pictures courtesy of Coleton.

The finale was the kids singing "Naughty kitty cat! You are very fat.
You have butter on your whiskers. Naughty kitty cat – SCAT!" to their teachers who also had kitty cat noses and whiskers! Super cute!
