Here's a picture of my handsome date.
As he was parking the car and I was waiting for him I noticed some people entering the building dressed nicely, but thought to myself, "they must be going to a different event because they look so old." I was wrong, apparently we're all getting old. If they didn't give us name tags with our highschool picture on it I probably wouldn't have recognized half the people there! Seriously, it was a wake up call when I saw the football quarterback has a bald spot!
Some of the highlights of the evening included:
Meeting up with old friends and some that claim we were friends, but I don't remember.
Reminiscing with Sean and Nicole about the crazy things we did that we'd probably get arrested for today. That's all I'm gonna say about that.
Watching Sean win a lifetime jar of hair gel for the best mullet. Seriously, it was amazing!
Lastly, winning an I-pod for being the only grandma at my highschool reunion. Which is fitting since we were the only people married with a one month old at our graduation.
It was lots of fun. Lots of people I'd like to catch up with were not there, but there's always the 30th!
